Top Profit Club provides online educational materials, video courses, live mentoring channels, and chat communities focusing on futures, forex, and general financial trading strategies.

3. Trading Risk and Disclaimers

4. Fees and Payments

Access to certain communities, training groups, or mentoring tracks may require payment of a fee or a recurring subscription. We process payments and membership agreements through Whop.com. All terms related to billing cycles, subscription management, and payment methods are governed by Whop's Billing Agreement.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content and live mentoring, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content provided as part of the Services—including videos, graphics, course documents, slides, software, chat messages, and website designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Top Profit Club or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our educational content for your own private study.

You agree not to copy, record, distribute, resell, license, reverse-engineer, or share access to any of our proprietary content or private Discord channels without our express written consent. Unauthorized distribution or copying will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to civil liability.

Our Discord and chat platforms are built on mutual respect and shared growth. By participating in our community channels, you agree not to:

• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or links to external paid services or trading groups.

• Solicit funds, loans, or investments from other community members.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove, edit, or block any content posted, and to immediately revoke or suspend the access of any member who violates these conduct rules, without warning or refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top Profit Club, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
